Various properties of concrete including strength, elasticity, hardness, and workability are assessed. Cement testing through Chemical analysis, Compressive strength, Fineness, Heat of Hydration, Loss on Ignition, Setting Time and Soundness helps establish an accurate analysis of its quality. Chemical analysis of hardened concrete provides information about the mix constituents and causes of deterioration.  

Similarly elemental analysis of other construction material like rock, bitumen ,asphalt, frit, emultions , sealing compounds , flyash, bonded mineral wool, silica , metakaolin, lime et al is performed , analysed and reported in a quick turn around timeframe . This data is used as a quality test and enables assurance of materials used.
